While we strive to describe all of our products as accurately as possible please understand that your finished product may not look exactly like the one you see pictured on our website. Most of our cakes are custom designed for our clients, so the one you order may look a little different based on what you requested or provided to us for the creation of your design.
The number of servings given for any cake is strictly an estimate based on the size of the cake and the size of the cuts you make when serving your cake. If you cut the servings larger, then you will have fewer servings; if you cut them smaller, then you will have more servings.
Our gluten-free products are made using gluten-free ingredients so as to be safe for consumption by persons with Celiac Sprue Disease or other wheat-gluten intolerances. We check the gluten-free status of my ingredients on an annual basis to ensure that they are still safe for my clients. However, many companies that manufacture several products will change their manufacturing process or the ingredient supplier for their products, which may compromise the gluten-free status of that particular product and we cannot be held responsible for the actions of these companies.
WE DO NOT SHIP CAKES AT ALL ! NO EXCEPTIONS ! We do ship cookies and breads, and we pack them to the best of our ability to ensure that you receive them with as little damage as possible; however, due to the fact that we cannot control how they are handled by the post office or shipping company, we cannot be held responsible for any damages to your order.
