Ordering All of our clients are very important to us whether you are ordering a small birthday cake or an extravagant wedding cake. Because of this, we limit the number of cake orders we will accept in any week. It is always best to order your cake as soon as you have a date set for your event. Please do not hesitate to call to check availability for your date. Depending on our current week’s workload there may be some flexibility in the schedule. We prefer to have wedding and quinceanera cakes scheduled at least 3 months prior to the event. The more detail your cake has the sooner you should place your order. For large cake orders there is a non-refundable 50% deposit due when the order is placed and the balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event. We do not ship cakes, but delivery is available. Please call for more details on delivery. You may place your order over the phone or in person in the shop; however, some cakes will require an appointment for a consultation. Wedding, Quinceanera, and sculptured cakes do require an appointment. Please call the shop to schedule your appointment as we are not always available for drop in consultations. Pricing We do not have a price list on our web site as there are many factors to consider for your cake. When you call to place your order we can provide you with a price based on your needs and budget. You can also email us about your order. Wedding and Quinceanera cakes start with a base price per serving which includes smooth buttercream sides and appropriate borders. During your consultation we will discuss cake flavors, icing options, and your design in order to give you an accurate quote on your cake. Sculptured cakes are considered custom cakes and we do not give pricing on them without a consultation.
